Champions Trophy: Team Guide for Pakistan

England bowlers Stuart Broad and Steven Finn are doubts for the third one-day international against New Zealand at Trent Bridge on Wednesday.
Broad, 26, has a bruised knee and Finn, 24, has a sore shin and both will be assessed by medical staff on Monday.
They could miss the Champions Trophy opener against Australia on Saturday.

Captain Alastair Cook said: “They are both concerns. But five days, six days, is still quite a long way away – and we hope they can pull through.”
Cook has admitted his side needs to improve quickly after losing their two opening ODIs against the Kiwis, meaning that Wednesday’s match is a dead rubber.

“Clearly when you lose bowlers of the quality of Stuart and Finny, it does leave a hole,” he said.
“It’s given the opportunity to guys to step up and show us what they can do. We’ve learned a lot about these players and about us as a side for the future.
“But it’s obviously a concern, the standards we’ve played to here haven’t been good enough.”
